General terms applicable to all fees listed herein:
- All fees are subject to State sales tax, except with proof of valid sales tax exemption status certificate at time of purchase.
- The term “full day” shall mean any amount of time rented more than five (5) hours.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- All rental spaces are subject to availability.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation is required more than three days in advance of the date of reservation. Any cancellation less than three days from the date of reservation shall result in a $100.00 cancelation fee.
- Renters shall provide their own security at their own expense.
- All fees are subject to state and local taxes (5.0% Hernando County Tourism Tax and 6.5% State and local sales tax).
